Ekaterina Bubnova specializes in M&A transactions, internal corporate matters and legal due diligence.
Projects in which Ekaterina has been involved include:
- Advising a metals company on complicated issues of corporate governance, including compliance to corporate procedures, etc.;
- Changing the name of an accredited branch of a foreign company in the Russian Federation;
- Supporting the transaction for the acquisition of a majority stake in a sugar producer company;
- Conducting legal due diligence of a group of companies that is a major manufacturer of building materials.
Ekaterina graduated with honors from the Lomonosov Moscow State University’ Faculty of Law in 2021.
